The cottages were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable accommodation. the restaurant served a delicious variety of meals, including tasty vegetarian options. - the location of the hotel was great, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful atmosphere.
The lack of English-speaking staff at the restaurant made it difficult to communicate and receive proper service. The wait time for breakfast was long, and the staff seemed busy and unattentive.

I had such a magical experience at this Eco Lodge. The friendly and informative staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The bungalow nestled in the forest was perfect for reconnecting with nature. The restaurant, rainforest stroll, and bird watching tours were amazing. The wildlife sightings during breakfast and on the trails were a highlight. The staff, including Kevin, were enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The kitchen staff prepared delicious food, even making special birthday pancakes for my daughter. The location was secluded yet easily accessible by taxi. Pura Vida!
100% Recommend this hotel.

Breakfasting with the birds was a highlight for us, as we got to see and photograph a wide variety of beautiful birds attracted by the fruit put out by the staff. the night/frog tour was a pleasant surprise, with Juan and Oscar providing us with their extensive knowledge and assistance in capturing the perfect wildlife shots. we can't recommend this lodge enough and would definitely return. Great breakfast and a unique experience in the rainforest. Love how the lodge is focused on preserving flora and fauna and educating others about it. the cabin design is excellent for hearing the sounds of nature at night.
The bathroom lacked a convenient place to put toiletries and there was no desk or table in the cabin.

The room was spacious and had 2 double beds. The patio had rocking chairs. The restaurant service was excellent. We saw more than 30 different types of bird in 2 days thanks to the bird feeders and the extra large hummingbird garden. The trails were well organized and we enjoyed the frog tour where we saw 11 different types of frog. The laundry service was convenient and the food at the restaurant was so good that we ate there for all our meals. it was a very good experience, especially for a family with kids.
We felt welcomed into the family and had no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at Arenal Oasis Eco Lodge for a week-long family vacation. The log cabin was beautiful and the nature trails right at our doorstep were a big hit with the kids. Alan at the restaurant was fantastic - he made us feel so welcome and was great with our children. The beds were incredibly comfortable and spacious, and the shower had plenty of hot water. We loved being surrounded by the jungle and seeing wildlife during breakfast and on the trails. The hummingbird garden was a highlight for my husband. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and Kevin's night trail was both exciting and educational. I was also pleased to find that we could easily book tours directly from the hotel. The restaurant offered good food at reasonable prices, and our room had all the amenities we needed, including nets to keep out insects. our stay at Arenal Oasis Eco Lodge exceeded our expectations and provided a truly amazing environment for our nature-filled vacation.
Totally recommend this hotel.
